This website (bayloringrid.com) and the digital products offered through it, including The Decision Brief Kit and the AI Operator OS Kit (each a "Product" or "Kit"), are offered by Ryan Blood Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms, our Digital Product License, our Refund Policy, our AI & Results Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to purchase. If you buy on behalf of a business, you represent that you may bind that business.
Our Products are premade digital downloads containing templates, prompts, workflows, playbooks, checklists, examples, or written guides. The product page and checkout state the contents, price, and delivery terms for the Product you select. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, there is no subscription or recurring billing. Under an honor-pricing offer, you may receive a Product for $0 today and later receive one voluntary request to pay the stated honor price; there is no automatic charge and declining does not create a debt. After checkout, you receive instant access to the standardized files described on that Product's page.
A Product may be used manually or with third-party tools as described on its product page. It does not include third-party software, subscriptions, or accounts, which you must obtain separately. Our Products are independent works and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the makers of those third-party tools.
The Product is delivered electronically and made available for immediate access/download after checkout. There is no physical shipment. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files and for keeping your receipt/access link.
We sell premade digital products only. This purchase does not include consulting, customization, implementation, coaching, or any 1:1 or done-for-you services unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Every customer receives the same files.
Your use of the Product is governed by our Digital Product License, which grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and internal business use and lets you customize the materials for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publicly post, white-label, or build a competing product from the Kit. Please read the License for the full terms.
You agree not to use the Product or site to: violate any law or third party's rights; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or engage in deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, spammy, or harmful activity. You are responsible for how you use the Product and any outputs you create with it.
We (and our licensors) own all rights in the Product: its content, structure, frameworks, prompts, templates, checklists, branding, naming, and documentation. You own your own business data and the original outputs you create using the Product. No rights are granted except those expressly set out in the License.
The Product helps you structure AI-assisted work but does not guarantee outputs or results. AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable information, and you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all outputs. We are not affiliated with the third-party tools you may use, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or behavior. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing, billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and refunds on our behalf. Your payment information is processed by Gumroad; we never receive or store your full payment-card details. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the transaction.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello@bayloringrid.com so we can help. Most issues are resolved quickly. A chargeback is a payment-dispute process handled by your card network and our Merchant of Record. If a dispute is opened after the Product has been delivered and accessed, we (and Gumroad) may submit evidence of delivery, your checkout consent, access logs, and our communications to the payment network. We may also suspend or revoke your license and access following a reversed, fraudulent, or unpaid transaction, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes any rights you have under your card network's rules or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access and license if you breach these Terms or the License. On termination, you must stop using the Product and delete your copies. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.
We try to keep the site and Product accurate and available, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may correct errors, and we may update, improve, or change the Product over time (your free-updates access reflects this). Pricing and descriptions may change prospectively.
Except where required by law, the Product and site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, income, or result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Product or site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryan Blood Consulting LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, your violation of these Terms or the License, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, where Ryan Blood Consulting LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
These Terms do not currently require binding arbitration or waive class-action rights. The governing-law and venue provisions in Section 18 apply, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and "Last updated" date above reflect the current version. Continued use of the site or Product after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
