Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information bayloringrid.com, operated by Ryan Blood Consulting LLC, collects, how we use it, and your choices. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address: if you enter it in a form on the site or complete a free or paid Product checkout.
• Order information: when you purchase, our Merchant of Record (Gumroad) records your order details so it can deliver the download and handle billing.
• Purchase consent records: to show what you agreed to, we (and/or Gumroad) may keep a record of your checkout consent: your email, order ID, the product, a timestamp, and the policy versions in effect at the time of purchase.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) without cookies and without tracking you across sites or building a personal profile.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: send a requested sample or deliver a Product download and receipt.
• To send a product-specific honor-payment sequence when that offer is clearly disclosed at checkout. You can unsubscribe from marketing or reminder emails at any time.
• To provide support and process any refund you request.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is performing so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Payment data

Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and processes your payment. Your payment-card details are handled by Gumroad and its payment processors under their own privacy and security terms; we never receive or store your full card information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and the Product: Gumroad (checkout, billing, and product delivery as Merchant of Record), Netlify (website hosting and the Starter form), and Plausible (cookieless analytics). Each handles data only as needed to provide its service.

Data retention and your choices

We keep order and email records only as long as needed to provide the Product, support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us; we'll honor valid requests.
