Digital products sold at bayloringrid.com by Ryan Blood Consulting LLC, including The Decision Brief Kit and the AI Operator OS Kit (each a "Kit"), help you structure work. They do not make decisions or do the work for you, and they do not guarantee any outcome. Please read this disclaimer before relying on a Kit.

1. AI outputs are your responsibility

If you use a Kit with AI, the Kit helps structure AI-assisted work but does not guarantee accurate outputs. AI tools can produce information that is incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You must independently review, validate, test, edit, and approve all AI-generated outputs before you rely on or act on them.

2. Not professional advice

The Kit is digital education and tooling. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other professional advice, and it is not guaranteed business coaching. For decisions that need a professional, consult a qualified one. You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to you, including privacy, data-protection, confidentiality, employment, advertising, consumer-protection, and industry-specific rules, and the terms of any third-party platform you use.

3. Results disclaimer

Any examples, demonstrations, workflows, testimonials, or descriptions of what the Kit can do are illustrative only. Results vary. We do not promise any specific business, financial, operational, productivity, ranking, automation, or client result. Your outcomes depend on your own implementation, judgment, business model, tools, and effort.

4. Third-party tools

bayloringrid and Ryan Blood Consulting LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic (Claude / Claude Code), OpenAI, Google, Notion, Zapier, Stripe, Gumroad, or any other third-party tool, except where expressly stated.

• You may need your own accounts or paid subscriptions with third-party tools to use the Kit. The Kit does not include them.
• Third-party tools can change their features, pricing, limits, models, terms, or availability at any time.
• We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, billing, model behavior, or any other third-party conduct.

The Kit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except where required by law. This disclaimer is part of, and subject to, our Terms of Service, including the limitation of liability described there.
