Digital Product License

This Digital Product License ("License") governs your use of any digital kit sold at bayloringrid.com by Ryan Blood Consulting LLC, including The Decision Brief Kit and the AI Operator OS Kit (each a "Kit"). A Kit may contain templates, prompts, examples, playbooks, checklists, instructions, or implementation documents. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Kit, you agree to this License. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. The license we grant you

On purchase, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Kit for the purposes below. You do not buy the Kit itself or any intellectual property in it. You buy the right to use it under this License.

2. What you may do

• Personal use. Use the Kit for your own purposes.
• Internal business use. Use the Kit inside your own business or organization.
• Customize it. Adapt and edit the templates, prompts, and workflows for your own operations.
• Use it to run your own work. Build your own AI setup on top of it.
• Service providers. If you serve clients, you may apply the ideas and workflows in the Kit to do that work, provided you do not give clients the original files, source prompts, templates, checklists, training materials, or any substantially similar derivative of the Kit. You may deliver your own client work; you may not hand over the Kit (or a re-skinned copy of it).

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lend the Kit.
• Share the Kit's files publicly or privately with anyone who did not purchase it.
• Upload the Kit to public repositories, AI prompt libraries, marketplaces, Slack/Discord groups, forums, shared drives, or any other shared location.
• Give the Kit away as a bonus, lead magnet, membership resource, course module, or client deliverable.
• Claim ownership of the Kit, or rebrand, white-label, or pass it off as your own.
• Create a competing product, course, template pack, prompt pack, AI kit, or operating system that is based on or substantially derived from the Kit.
• Use the Kit's materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, publish, or distribute a competing AI system or dataset. (Ordinary private use of the Kit inside AI tools for your own implementation is fine.)
• Remove or obscure any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notice.
• Circumvent access controls or attempt to access the Kit without paying.
• Use the Kit for any unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, spammy, or harmful activity.

4. Who owns what

You own your business data and the original outputs you create using the Kit. We retain all ownership of the Kit itself (its original content, structure, frameworks, prompts, templates, checklists, naming, branding, and documentation) and of any rights not expressly granted to you here.

5. Termination

This License lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. We may also suspend or revoke your License and access following a reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unpaid transaction, subject to applicable law. On termination, you must stop using the Kit and delete the files in your possession. Sections on ownership, restrictions, and liability survive termination.

6. Governing law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, as set out in our Terms of Service, and is subject to the disclaimers and limitation of liability described there and in our AI & Results Disclaimer.
